Scope of Support
All support services shall be provided remotely. No on-site support is included.
Free Support Allowance (Initial Period)
The Client shall be entitled to a complimentary support allowance of up to five (5) hours per week, not exceeding twenty (20) hours per calendar month, for a maximum duration of two (2) consecutive months from the commencement date of services.
Additional Support Charges
Should the Client require support beyond the limits of the complimentary allowance, additional support shall be billed at flexible hourly or daily rates as agreed upon in advance by both parties.
Ongoing Support and Free Allowance (Post-Initial Period)
Commencing from the third (3rd) month of service, the Client must commit to a minimum of twenty (20) billable support hours per calendar month to remain eligible for a continued free support allowance of up to two and a half (2.5) hours per week, not exceeding ten (10) hours per month.
Modifications and Termination
These terms may be amended by mutual written agreement. Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice, subject to any applicable notice periods and settlement of outstanding fees.
